Application support: new sales support, provide equipment demos, Support customer throughout product lifecycle and provide customer product training as needed (e.g. setting up instruments, training customers, troubleshoot and solve problems
Customer focus: Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and references. Increase customer satisfaction
Information systems: Utilise the CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness “in front of” the customer and aid sales.
Communication: Organisation of meetings/communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.
Minimum education: Bachelor of Science, PhD or equivalent experience
Good scientific background in Immunology
Good knowledge of automation system (software)
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the IVD environment.
Proven track record (OTE) or laboratory experience
Proven experience of relevant laboratory techniques manipulation and protein expression
Knowledge of relevant markets
Fluency in English and German, other languages are a plus
Excellent communication skills at all business levels
Willingness to travel (80%)
