Based on our site in Selzach we are looking for a highly committed
Distribution Center Quality and Compliance Manager
As the Distribution Center Q&C Manager you will be the overall quality responsible for the operational activities within the DePuy Synthes- Selzach Distribution Center.
Your main tasks will include:
Ensure availability of adequate organization structure and resource of the QA team
Final accountable for the compliance of the site to the regulation and the Johnson and Johnson Standard
Ensure that Quality Management System is implemented and maintained
Ensure that initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained
Lead, support and follow-up of internal and external inspections
Perform and organize Quality Management Review for the site
Ensure on time reporting of Metrics to corporate
Ensure communication into the CLS quality organization and Synthes/Depuy
A minimum of a Master Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry
Experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Distribution / warehouse experience is preferred
ISO regulations knowledge and strong managerial skills
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills
Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ Certification and trainings are preferred
Business fluency in English and German is important
This position will be based in Selzach and require up to 10% travel, including possible international travel.
