Responsibilities: Order fulfillment
Organisation of departments genotoxicity in vitro, in vivo and alternative toxicology
Guarantee the scientific quality of projects
Guarantee that the requirements under GLP and ISO quality management systems are met
Peer review of study reports
Cooperation with department heads on other sites
Participation in sales conversation and negotiation
Maintenance, enhancement and creation of new sponsor contacts
Distribution of market information to other study directors and management
Deputy of General Manager
Supervision of study directors as required for the performance of the studies
Support, training and qualification of the personnel
Establishment of a working area which motivates and leads to a high quality awareness
Responsibility for compliance of safety and hygiene regulations by the personnel
Participation in employment and release
Participation at the annual budget planning
Presentations and publications
Personal further education (e.g. participation at symposia)
Development and supervision of new testing methods
Participation in research projects
Ordering appropriate to internal regulations
Authority to give directives to his/her personnel
Academic degree in Life Sciences
Proven track record in genetic and alternative toxicology
Expertise in biological safety investigation of medical devices
Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in industry, CRO or academia
Minimum 3 years Senior Leadership and Management experience
Scientific and commercial drive
Fluent English and German
High Level computer literacy
