Exosome Diagnostics is expanding our laboratories in the IZB in Martinsried. We are seeking to fill a position as Laboratory Quality Coordinator as soon as possible. We are looking for someone to develop and implement the required quality control system and who can also help in the lab processing samples. You will be working in close collaboration with our US organization, with sites in Minneapolis, MN and in Boston, MA. As we are a small company you are expected to fill a lot of different roles and have a varied work day and a lot of responsibilities.

For our team in Munich-Martinsried we are looking for a

QA Coordinator (m/f)
Key responsibilities include:
  • Local implementation of quality control system in the Munich site in close collaboration with the corporate QA function in US.
  • Local oversight and maintenance of Quality Management IT solution.
  • Represent the QA sign off function as an independent reviewer with report to corporate QA function in US.
  • Developing, writing and implementing SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate quality standards (GLP, ISO 13485).
  • Help obtain and maintain certifications from appropriate accrediting bodies.
  • Molecular Biology Lab work to support R&D and Service projects.

We expect that you:
  • Have a relevant education in natural sciences as Technical Assistant, B.Sc. or Dipl.-Ing. or similar.
  • Have experience from an ISO 13485 environment as a QA person with focus in product development
  • Have experience with design control in an IVD development environment
  • Have previous working experience with Quality Management IT systems and are computer savvy.
  • Are self-motivated and know how to prioritize and schedule your own workday.
  • Are systematic, meticulous and well organized.
  • Experience in participating in regulatory audits (ISO or FDA) is preferred
  • Are looking for a position with a lot of responsibility and enjoy the flexibility and freedom that a small company can provide.
  • Are comfortable with English in both speech and writing to allow close communication with colleagues, many of whom are located at the company’s facilities in Boston and Minneapolis in USA.
  • Have high work ethics, high energy levels and a developed sense of humor.
