Senior Product Manager Specialty Care (m/f)
Full time, permanent position, office based in Frankfurt / Main
Responsibilities
  • Define the local product / indication strategy and roadmap
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan
  • Develop key messages for the product(s) in alignment with the international marketing team
  • Set clear guidelines for organized events, injector trainings and monitor implementation
  • Communicate the roles and responsibilities to relevant stakeholders including the Sales Program team, Sales
    Management and external agencies
  • Be an expert with respect to the market and the competition
  • Develop a marketing mix that optimally supports product/indication strategy including:
    • Sales tools and activities that support the strategy and underline the products benefits
    • Disease awareness/DTC and PR activities
    • Non sales force multi-channel promotional activities
    • Plan and implement key customer events & symposia together with Medical Affairs
  • Analyze performance regularly based on primary and secondary market research data
  • Brief and train the sales force at bi/tri annual meetings
  • Collaborate with the local Sales Program Management team to ensure promotional materials,
    Congresses & HCP Training materials and Trimester promotional materials are delivered in-line with marketing strategy and the local market plan
  • Identify and implement all effective actions necessary towards the achievement of agreed sales targets
  • Hold responsibility for promotional budget (sales and costs) and budget (cost) management
  • Be responsible for product and sales forecast

Your Profile
  • 3 - 4 years’ relevant Marketing experience with RX Products
  • Experience of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare market in general
  • University degree or equivalent (preferably Business/Marketing)
  • Sales experience desirable
Required Skills
  • Project management skills
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills – very good strategic thinking
  • Excellent computer skills required on PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Team player with strong influencing skills
