The Institute of Pathology, University of Wuerzburg invites applications for a postdoctoral position. The research of our group focusses on the biology of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The aim of this DFG-funded project is to understand the mechanisms leading the lack of T-cell receptor expression in anaplastic large cell lymphoma characterize the functional relevance of this defect (see: Bonzheim, I. Blood, 2004. 104(10): 3358-60). Our research involves a wide range of state-of-the-art cellular and molecular techniques.
Applicants hold a PhD or MD, are highly motivated, and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in basic cell and molecular biology is required.
The position is initially available for two years.
