PhD student (m/f/d)
„Cancer specific vaccination inducing humoral responses“.

Activities and responsibilities

  • Establish tools for RNA based cancer vaccination
  • Execute in vitro assays for characterization of antibody responses
  • Planning, execution and analysis of in vivo vaccination studies
  • Interact closely with different units in TRON

Qualification profile

  • MSc-Degree in Molecular Biosciences, Biomedicine or similar with focus on immunology
  • Hands-on experience in cell culture, cloning and in vitro/ex vivo immunological assays
  • Experience in in vivo immunological assays is a plus
  • Deep understanding of cancer biology and B-cell immunology is a plus
  • Enthusiasm about working in a multi-disciplinary team
