Manager Business Development (f/m/d)

• Engage potential biotech and pharma clients, particularly in Europe and North America
• Build and manage a growing pipeline of qualified leads
• Manage the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and custom service packages in close cooperation with R&D and Client Project Management
• Participate in industry events to expand your network and represent Leukocare externally
• Drive lead generation activities including webinars, newsletters, campaigns, and content distribution
• Manage and maintain lead data and outreach activities
• Assess and implement new tools for digital engagement and lead nurturing

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Ideally, two to five years of BD, Sales, or Alliance Management experience in biotech / pharma / CDMO
• Experience with CMC development in biologics, vaccines, or ATMPs is a plus
• Strong communicator with interest in digital tools and lead generation
• Hands-on, curious, and open-minded team player
• Comfortable with remote work and with cooperating with people from diverse backgrounds
