A graduate student position is available at the Comprehensive Cancer Center Mainfranken to study the ubiquitin-dependent mechanisms that control tumor development. The project will use state of the state of the art technologies, including next generation sequencing, CRISPR library screening, mass spectrometry and X-ray crystallography, and will provide important insights for the development of novel strategies for cancer therapy.
