Ihre Aufgaben

  • Research project to study mitotic DNA repair processes which ensure complete replication and proper segregation of chromosomes;
  • Discovery of novel DNA repair factors using quantitative mass spectrometry;
  • CRISPR/Cas9 mediated gene editing of human cells.

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil

  • Successfully completed Master studies in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Bioinformatics;
  • Experience with cell culture work and modern genetics methods, positive attitude to computational biology;
  • Very good knowledge of the English language;
  • Scientific ambitions and ability to work in an international team.
