Product Manager (Internship)
In this role, the Product Manager Intern will support the Product Manager to prepare, coordinate, and execute the Brand Plan along the product lifecycle and liaise cross-functionally with local teams such as medical, market access, and sales to ensure implementation of the plan. 
Based in Cham, Switzerland, the Product Manager Intern reports to the Head of Business Operations CH/AT.  In order to enable success in the role, key areas of focus will include:
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in sales, market access, business effectiveness and planning (BEP), medical, and regulatory
  • Continuously search for incremental improvements as well as innovative ideas to achieve competitive superiority and mobilize team to implement these
  • Support the preparation and coordination of the Launch Brand Plan and liaise cross-functionally with local teams such as medical, market access, and sales to ensure implementation of plans
  • Liaise with the Market Access team on access topics including pricing strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the regulatory team as well as lead small projects
  • Ensure appropriate timing and supply of the product for the market
  • Continuously improve product, franchise, and indication knowledge through training programs, published data in scientific literature, BMS use cases, and through attendance of symposia and congresses
  • Seek in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their needs and look for effective ways to deliver and share these insights internally
  • Respond to the identified customer needs and seek feedback after activities. Circle back within the brand team
  • Become fully knowledgeable of BMS Marketing tools and platforms such as Engage and TEAMS
  • Be compliant with all BMS processes, rules and SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • Develop and carry out sales force trainings and monitor the strategy and key activity implementation in the field, including double visits
  • Degree in a scientific discipline, preferably associated with further education in marketing and / or business.
  • Pharmaceutical / Biotech experience preferred
  • Possess strengths to gain and use inputs from key stakeholders for critical business insights
  • Possess effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement
  • Be fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
