Area of Responsibility

  • Prepare SmPCs (Summary of Product Characteristics) and PLs (Patient Information Leaflet) for registration procedures in English and update accordingly for variations and renewals under supervision of Global Medical Managers
  • Perform quality control of SmPCs and PLs for registration processes in English
  • Support the organization of readability testing of package leaflets
  • Coordinate translations of SmPCs and PLs for registration procedures
  • Technical support for Global Medical Managers, for example for the Medical Office metrics system, reporting, tracking of tasks and deadlines, quality management system


  • Education: Pharmaceutical technical assistant, nurse or equivalent medical/natural science education
  • Languages: German / English (fluent)
  • Experience: Relevant experience in labelling activities in pharmaceutical industry, advanced IT- skills (MS- Office)
  • Soft Skills: Strong quality mindset; high personal integrity, analytical skills, capable of working cross- functionally
