Marketing Operations & Process Support Specialist (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
- Support on and execution of procurement process related tasks like purchase orders, invoice management and vendors qualification
- Support management of budget and plan
- Managing and maintaining processes like iLiss/ Codesoft, PDM
- Support labelling process, quality check
- Conducting quarterly queries and further analysis to support the team
- Internal communication tasks, such as event organization, information management, and data provision
- Tender management support
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial education or a bachelor's degree
- Ideally, experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Constructive and open collaboration and communication
- Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity
- Solution- and results-oriented approach
- Fluent in English and German
