What You'll Do
- Support customers, distributors, and sales teams with technical expertise.
- Monitor market trends to drive future product and business development.
- Identify new applications, market opportunities, and business growth potential.
- Introduction of new polymer grades and technologies.
- Conduct technical presentations, customer training, and workshops.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, machine manufacturers, and development partners.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Experience in Technical Service, Application Development, R&D, Product Development, Technical Sales, Business Development within the specialty chemicals industry.
- Strong knowledge of high-performance polymers and polymer processing technologies.
- Strong commercialization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in English and German.
