Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
You will directly support Consulate General Frankfurt and Düsseldorf with back-up support to three consulates and Embassy Berlin more than 700 Locally Employed (LE) Staff positions. Major responsibilities include Frankfurt-Duesseldorf GoMBC Coordinator, Mission Germany GoMBC Co-Coordinator, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment/Position advisor. You will serve as backup advisor for the Local Support Unit (LSU) HR Supervisors absence. Areas of expertise include knowledge to administrator of GoMBC for all Frankfurt and Düsseldorf and during MBC season co-coordinate Mission Germany MBC program. You will serve as post Frankfurt and Düsseldorf's expert on payroll related questions and be the main timekeeper for Time and Attendance (T&A) record for all USDH, EFM and LE Staff. You will work closely with all HR sections, liaises with HR-Office in Embassy Berlin on local labor law, mission policies, and other LE Staff HR areas.
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Organizational Development or equivalent.
