Strengthen our Endpoint Management Team in full-time (40 hrs./ week) as
Senior Intune Client Engineer (m/f/d)
within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.
This role focuses on owning and continuously improving secure, standardized, and fully automated Windows client management with Microsoft Intune-driving Zero-Touch deployments, hardening, and scalable operations for an enterprise environment.
Your Tasks

Own the end-to-end Windows endpoint lifecycle via Microsoft Intune, including day-to-day operations, standards, and continuous service improvement.

Define and maintain Intune architecture, standards, and best practices to ensure a secure, scalable, and maintainable endpoint platform.

Design and implement security hardening and baseline configurations (e.g., Microsoft Security Baselines) aligned with security and compliance requirements.

Build and operate Zero-Touch deployments with Windows Autopilot, enabling onboarding and provisioning at scale.

Manage patching and remediation to drive compliance, leveraging proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Deliver endpoint automation and software management: PowerShell-based automation/proactive remediations, plus Win32 app packaging, deployment, and update/rollout strategies.
Your Profile
-
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows clients with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.

Strong expertise in security hardening, including Microsoft Security Baselines and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Proven experience with Zero-Touch deployments using Windows Autopilot.

Advanced PowerShell and scripting skills for automation, remediation, and operational efficiency.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Bonus: experience with Cloud PKI, multi-user/kiosk environments, and Jamf/Mac management.
