What We’re Looking For

11+ years of experience in software engineering (web, backend, or full stack)

Expertise in Java, Kotlin, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript plus frameworks like Node.js, React, etc.

Proven experience leading end-to-end architecture on high-traffic platforms

Track record of technical mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and solving ambiguous problems
