Inside Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Activities and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary link between business development, product management, R&D, and customer service.
- Manage lead generation, conversion and inside sales activities to support business growth.
- Represent lifespin at domestic or international conferences and industry events
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create compelling content (presentations, brochures, social media posts, website updates) to support sales and brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning.
Qualification profile
- Background: Degree in medical, life sciences, or related field.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing and/or inside sales, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commercial mindset with ability to connect technical solutions to customer value.
- Hands-on attitude: comfortable planning and executing marketing activities independently.
- Willingness to work on-site in Regensburg at least 3 days per week.
