IT Compliance Manager (m/f/d)
Where You Make An Impact:
- IT Compliance Improvement & Monitoring: Enhance and streamline IT compliance processes across the organization while continuously monitoring compliance risks and implementing effective countermeasures.
- Internal Control Environment: Develop and maintain an effective internal control environment for IT processes and audit its effectiveness regularly.
- IT Compliance Audits & Action Plan Management: Conduct IT compliance audits and manage action plans to address findings, ensuring effective risk mitigation and regulatory alignment.
- Risk Management: Enhance and manage the risk inventory, analyzing and evaluating risks to ensure alignment with the overall risk profile of the organization.
- Evaluation of Systems: Assess new systems and applications for compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management).
- Professional experience in IT compliance, IT audits, and risk management in an industrial sector
- Strong background in project and change management
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
