Job Profile & Responsibilities
- IT Project Leadership & Innovation: Manage international, high-impact IT projects with standardized methodologies to create a significant impact.
- SAP: Drive the adoption of the SAP solution, specifically focusing on SD modules, including managing system integrators overseeing system configuration and maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Demand Management Mastery: Lead the demand management process, overseeing the capture, challenge, approval, and delivery of cost-effective solutions endorsed by top management.
- Business Technology Nexus: Translate business needs into high quality design of first-class IT solutions, acting as the vital link between business requirements and technical teams.
- Global Process Harmonization: Support initiatives aligning global business processes and systems through strategic corporate solutions.
- Synergy Creation & Change Management: Establish connections across functions and countries, fostering synergies between various initiatives, and manage projects with substantial organizational impact.
- Tech Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Plan, develop, support, and enhance IT applications while understand how emerging technologies might affect the way we work and advise our customers in selecting the right technology.
Qualifications & Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a comparable (IT) role in a company with complex structure.
- Professional experience in the SAP area, specifically in the SD module. It is a plus, if you bring experience as a Template Responsible & Scenario Owner.
- You like a good challenge: Seize the opportunity to master complex and demanding challenges with eagerness and determination.
- As a communication expert, your excellent ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders is your key to success.
- Your commitment to providing first-class and outstanding services makes you an invaluable factor in the success of our team.
- Your fluency in business-level English and at least advanced German skills pave the way for global impact and connectivity.
- Great if you bring knowledge in project or change management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Scrum), if not: we’ll train you!
