At our location in Wedel near Hamburg, we are looking for a Stream Lead - SAP Quality Management (SAP S/4HANA) (all genders).
This is a two-year fixed-term position.
As Stream Lead for SAP S/4HANA QM, you are responsible for the functional and organizational leadership of the inspect-to-release stream within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation program. You ensure that all relevant end-to-end processes are successfully designed and transitioned into the new SAP landscape in line with global standards, governance and best practices.
Stream Lead – SAP Quality Management ( SAP S/4HANA) (all genders)
Your tasks
- Lead the Quality Management stream within S/4HANA and ensure successful delivery of all assigned processes
- Define and manage the end-to-end process landscape covering inspection and release for incoming goods, bulk and finished products
- Ensure the quality and completeness of master data, including material masters, sampling plans, specifications etc.
- Align the implementation closely with the concurrent LIMS setup
- Guide and coordinate internal and external team members to enable efficient collaboration
- Support the Global Process Owner in assessing gaps, deviations and change requests
- Prepare decision papers for deviations or escalations and support project and program management
- Ensure transparent governance and reporting on progress, risks and issues within the stream
- Enforce compliance with defined standards,methodologies and best practices
Your profile
- Proven experience leading teams or workstreams in project environments, preferably in SAP
- Strong functional expertise in inspect-to-release and quality-related processes
- Solid end-to-end process understanding
- Familiarity with project planning, risk, change and issue management, ideally in an international setup
- Confident leadership and moderation skills combined with clear decision-making and prioritization
- Strong communication capabilities across all levels, from project teams to steering committees
- Structured, goal-oriented and forward-thinking working style
- Ability to manage conflicts and handle escalations with confidence
- Proficiency in German and English
