Postdoc Position at the LMU Munich: Molecular Biology of Colon Cancer (m/f/d)
limited to 3 years (E13)Activities and responsibilities
The applicant will study the molecular and cellular biology of colorectal cancer using advanced cellular and mouse models using state-of-the-art approaches. The applicant has extensive experience in the study of proteins, gene expression and gene regulation. Expertise in the analysis of mouse models and derived organoids are also advantageous, but not required.
Qualification profile
Our laboratory has been studying the role of transcription factors, such as c-MYC and p53, and their down-stream effectors, among them microRNAs (miR-34).
