Associate Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
As Associate Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of national and international pharmaceutical development projects. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting project planning and management activities in areas such as:
- Manufacture and quality control of medicinal products
- Non-clinical studies
- National and international regulatory interactions
- Clinical trials
- Supporting project budget, resource, and timeline management
- Contributing to the planning and facilitation of clinical development activities for innovative medicines from bench to market
- Reviewing and evaluating project proposals, plans, reports, and project-related documentation
- Coordinating input from cross-functional teams to help ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Supporting national and international collaboration with customers, partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the development and implementation of project management best practices, tools, and templates
Your profile
- Completed Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field; a doctoral degree or other relevant academic qualification is an advantage
- Preferably first experience in pharmaceutical research and development, the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or an equivalent environment
- Interest in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, quality control, non-clinical development, clinical trials, or regulatory affairs
- Excellent self-organization skills and a structured, analytical working style
- Ability to understand complex scientific and development projects and prioritize required actions
- Proactive mindset, flexibility, and willingness to take responsibility
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with stakeholders at different levels
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Professional working knowledge of common software packages, especially Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project or other project management tools is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 4-8 times per year
