As our new Critical Investigator in Global MSAT, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating high-impact investigations related to quality, processes, testing, and operational challenges. The position reports to the Head of Department and is a temporary position until 31 December 2027.

This global role will operate from either our Munich (Germany) or Kvistgård (Denmark) site.
Your impact
In this role, you will lead investigations that pose significant risk to product quality, regulatory compliance, business continuity, or market supply. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across our sites and functions to identify root causes and drive scientific conclusions.
- Lead and coordinate critical investigations, including Deviations, OOS, OOT, and OOE issues
- Facilitate systematic root-cause analysis together with subject matter experts
- Communicate investigation status and findings to key stakeholders and upper management
- Support CAPA development, recommendations, scientific rationales, and investigation memos
- Provide scientific advice to associated departments and coordinate with external research labs and testing sites
Are you our next pioneer?
To succeed in this role, you bring a high scientific educational background such as a PhD, MD, or similar level of research experience within Pharmaceutical Science, Cell Culture, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field and
- Proven experience with independent analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and complex engineering processes
- Ability to work with statistical studies and data analysis in collaboration with data support teams
- Fluency in communicating complex scientific topics clearly to different stakeholders

You are motivated by working across functions and sites, and you know how to engage specialists, align stakeholders, and translate scientific complexity into clear language.
