With two development and GMP compliant manufacturing sites for biopharmaceutical products located in Henningsdorf and Braunschweig, we are seeking a candidate to join our Protein Analytics team in the Quality Control department at our Braunschweig location as soon as possible.BTA Quality Control(w/m/d)
Job Description
- Performing protein analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, capillary gel electrophoresis, ELISA, bioassays (e.g., cell-based assays))
- Performing pharmacopoeial methods (e.g., endotoxin analyses, microbiological testing of samples)
- GMP-compliant documentation
- Developing standard operating procedures and specifications in a GMP-regulated environment
- Assisting with the validation of analytical methods
- Performing the qualification of analytical instruments
- Conducting and evaluating stability tests in accordance with ICH guidelines
- Assisting with the documentation of deviations and OOX results
Profile
- You have successfully completed training as a biological laboratory technician, biological-technical assistant, CTA, or MTA (m/f/d), or you hold a comparable qualification
- Experience with protein analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, capillary gel electrophoresis, ELISA, SPR)
- Experience in the development and validation of analytical methods
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment would be advantageous
- Strong technical understanding
- A meticulous and focused work style
- Ability to work well in a team, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
